It's not too late to book a place on mind training series and mindfulness courses

For something as important as our mind, surprisingly few of us prioritise its development or consider factors affecting its optimal functioning.

Yet as we find our way in an increasingly volatile and uncertain world, neuroscience is highlighting the importance of nurturing foundational capacities such as attention, awareness, and emotional agility. Whether you're simply wanting to be your best or are conscious of the need to work in more sustainable ways visit https://eryc.link/xty to find out more and enrol.
