Customers and staff can have their say in how they contact the council online in new survey
Tue, 19 Apr 2022

The digital team is asking staff, residents, communities and businesses to take part in its Online Customer Contact Survey.

The survey will help shape how customers contact the council online in the future by gathering information and views in the consultation.

We are asking residents how they get in touch with the council via online channels and use its services through either apps or the council website.

Stephen Curtis, digital transformation lead, said: "Our customers can contact the authority for a variety of reasons, whether it's for checking on bin collection dates, booking facilities or general information.

"We want to know when a customer chooses to do this online, whether they would prefer to do this via an app or on our website. We also want to know which services they'd prefer to access online, and this short survey is the perfect way of finding out more so that we can ensure it is easy for our customers to contact us in the ways they prefer."

The survey can be accessed here.

People are encouraged to complete the survey online however it is also available in other languages and formats. To request another format, please email the digital management office at digitalmanagementoffice@eastriding.gov.uk
