County Hall staff travel plan survey
Thu, 10 Oct 2019

Do you drive and park in Beverley for your commute to County Hall but would like to find a cheaper, less stressful and healthier option? Or do you already walk, cycle or even scoot to work?

A consultation has now begun in order to obtain a better understanding of how County Hall staff commute to work and to see how measures to support sustainable travel choices can be developed.  So whether you drive, take the bus or train, walk, scoot or are powered by electricity - let us know!

The council’s local transport plan has objectives to support and encourage healthy lifestyles and to reduce carbon emissions. This can be achieved by encouraging and supporting employees to make short trips on foot, by bike or use public transport - where possible.

The questionnaire can be found at https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/ReviewTransportTravelPolicy and should be completed before Friday, 25 October.

Those who complete the questionnaire will be entered into a draw for the chance to win £10 to spend at The Point.
