Live Well Work Well consultations

If you would like advice and support to improve your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing you can arrange 1-2-1 or group consultation sessions with our Live Well Work Well team.

Who are these for?

The 1-2-1 and group consultations are available to all council employees including casual members of staff.

What help is available to me?

Our consultations offer a variety of advice and support including how to:

  • improve your mental wellbeing
  • stop smoking
  • take more regular exercise
  • reduce your alcohol intake
  • eat healthier
  • lose weight
  • find useful resources to help during coronavirus

Small group support consultations are available in certain circumstances, such as help to stop smoking.

How many consultations can I have?

You can have up to 6 consultations as part of the programme. If you still require support after the final session, we will look at possible options for you, such as sign posting or referral to a health trainer.

How will my consultations take place?

You can choose for your consultations to take place virtually using Microsoft Teams or via telephone.

How do I book a consultation?
