Join a weekly walking group and boost your health and wellbeing by getting out and about, socialising with colleagues and exploring.

The groups are a great opportunity to get fit, be social and have fun, and are for all abilities.

Walking is a great way to improve your health. You are encouraged to walk at your own pace, but still making your heart beat a little faster and your breathing a little quicker.

There are two groups:

Beverley - Meet at the out of hours entrance to County Hall – Mondays: 12noon-12.30pm

Goole - Meet at the main reception – Tuesdays: 12.30-1pm.
