Staff skills survey update

Around 2,000 members of staff at East Riding of Yorkshire Council have already completed the Skills Survey which was launched last week.

If you haven't filled it in: Please do so as soon as possible to help as we face the challenges that COVID-19 brings

If you have filled it in: Thank you, we really appreciate it. Please encourage your colleagues to make sure they fill in the form and send them the link below.

It is part of the council's efforts to keep essential services maintained during these difficult times.

The skills audit will help to identify employees who can be moved to different roles - based on their skills and experience - to help colleagues who are facing an increase in their workload.

It can be completed on phones, tablets, laptops and computers and should only take a few minutes of your time. If you have a colleague who cannot access their council inbox at home, please forward it to their personal email address,

If you have a paper form which was issued prior to the online survey, please instead complete the online form if you are able to do so, which will allow us to capture the data required more effectively.
