The next FREE East Riding Leisure workout is BODYPUMP (50 minutes) with Callum from Goole, on Thursday, 18 June at 12.30pm.

BODYPUMP is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that is specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit.

You don't have to have a barbell as you can use weight plates, or even bags of rice, sugar, flour - whatever you have to hand that can be used as a weight.
