In spite of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the council has decided to continue producing The Grapevine to keep staff fully informed and up-to-date.

This month's issue includes information about the council's 3 Steps To Safety COVID-19 campaign, an article announcing the return of I Heard It Through The Grapevine, the podcast for staff of East Riding of Yorkshire Council, and a feature confirming the recent changes to the council's cabinet.

In the latest Questions and Answers feature, you can discover more about Julian Neilson and find out some of the career highlights of the head of finance.

Council News reports on more fantastic achievements for council staff, teams and projects.

In Staff News, read tributes to Mark Bailey and Pete Arden as well as an article about the retirement of Dave Smith, head of human resources, who brought his 44 year local government career to an end last month.

In addition, there is also the latest Shop & Save offers.
