Mindfulness sessions go online

Weekly drop-in mindfulness sessions for staff continue to be held online every Wednesday.

Mindfulness can be helpful for many mental and physical health problems, such as stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, IBS, fibromyalgia and depression, as well as promoting general physical and emotional well-being.

Benefits include a greater capacity for relaxation and calmness, less worry and anxiety, enhanced resilience, improved self-confidence, engagement and creativity, better sleep quality, clearer thinking and decision-making.

The online meetings will be held every Wednesday between 12.30pm and 1pm via Zoom. You will need to make a request to IT for access to Zoom using corporate IT equipment. You can make this request on the Intranet and use your own devices if you wish.
