I Heard It Through The Grapevine - September edition now available
Thu, 17 Sep 2020

The September edition of I Heard it Through the Grapevine - the podcast for staff of East Riding of Yorkshire Council - is now available.

Presented by Steve Eccles from the press office, and Helena Cox, curator of Beverley Art Gallery, the team have now managed to return to the studios at Beverley FM for the latest edition.

This month, the podcast features interviews with Alex Crutchley, destination facilities manager, about forthcoming events at Sewerby Hall and Gardens and Bridlington Spa and John Smith, chief executive of Hull and East Yorkshire Credit Union, about the benefits of joining up.

Helena tells us about the exciting new Royal Photographic Society Exhibition at Beverley Art Gallery and we hear about the council's new electric vans and how you can get involved in East Riding Archives' COVID-19 Collection.

The LiveWellWorkWell feature this month is about Stoptober and the good reasons to give up smoking.

We also learn about the importance of information security, ahead of Information Security Week (from Monday 5 to Friday 9 October), and you could win a break in a lodge at South Cliff Holiday Park in the competition.
